~ Weather in Romania ~

Romania's average annual temperature is 11 C in the south and on the coast, but only 2 C in the mountains. Romanians winters can be very cold and foggy with lots of snow from the mid-December to mid-April. In the summer there's usually hot, sunny weather on the Black Sea coast. Annual rainfall is 600 mm to 700 mm, much of it in the spring. The mountains get the most rain and the Danube Delta and the Black Sea coast the least.
